Sabra double tomato paste is the essential base of Tunisian cooking: a thick, deep red concentrate, made by slowly reducing perfectly ripe tomatoes until all their richness is extracted.
Our tomatoes are 100% Tunisian, carefully grown and harvested in Cap Bon, then processed to preserve their flavor and vibrant color.
With a dry extract of 28 to 30%, our double paste offers a depth of flavor that makes all the difference: the more concentrated, the more it elevates your dishes.
Storage
NO PRESERVATIVES: Sabra double tomato paste should be refrigerated after opening and consumed within 3 to 4 days.
