Cupcakes with strawberry jam

ingredients

  • 400g flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 150 ml milk
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 180 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can Sabra strawberry jam
  • Paper cupcake moulds

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°c and prepare the cupcake cases.

2. Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.

3. In a bowl, quickly beat the eggs with the orange juice, milk and oil.

4. Make a well in the bowl containing the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid mixture. Mix coarsely with a wooden spoon, just until the flour is amalgamated.

5. Pour the batter into the muffin cups, fill with a quarter of the batter, then add a teaspoon of Sabra Strawberry Jam. recouvrir ensuite avec de la pâte aux 3 quarts du bord.

6. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown! As soon as the muffins come out of the oven, invert them onto a plate or rack and turn them over to cool.
