Hrous Traditions

A delicious traditional recipe using dried peppers. This flavorful preparation is a specialty of Tunisian cuisine. It is a mixture of hot red peppers, garlic, coriander, caraway and salt.

Storage

WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES, Hrous Sabra traditions can be stored, after opening, in a glass utensil in the fridge and must be covered with olive oil.
